Everything has gone smoothly

On Feb 11 I pulled into the member lane (I am a member). After clearing the gate, a somewhat elderly man came up to my car window and accused me of cutting him off. I told him I didn't think I cut anybody off, but if I did I apologize whereupon he challenged me to a flight. I rolled up the window and ignored him.

This particular location suffers from confused congestion at the entrance, with vehicles entering from two directions in a busy shipping center parking lot. Much better traffic flow control is needed. Other than this I have been very satisfied.

My suggestion for a fix world be to get shopping center management to post a no left turn sign along the road by Rhodes, preventing this traffic from entering directly. This would to force all traffic to enter from the northbound route only.

UPDATE: I have since gone back and the kids working this time did 100% better than last. They were paying more attention to what was going on. Got my car lined up and were very polite and courteous. I love your car wash and have only had a problem once. I take a picture every time the bubbles hit the windshield and send to a friend and ask her where I am. I've done this since this location opened. Its become a silly joke. People tend to post only when they have bad experiences, like I did myself. I wanted to do the opposite and praise your workers for a job well done. I purchased a monthly package with 50% off for 3 months and that is appreciated. I just got a new (to me) car and your wash makes it look great. The vacuums always work great as well! Thank you!

The kids working didn't really have my car lined up with the track so it was kind rubbing on something or whatever the whole wash. And I did get there kinda late but they turned the vacuum off on me before I was finished. That was kind of rude. They didn't even bother to say they were going to. I was almost finished but still pretty unprofessional. Anywhere I've ever worked it was always your there til the last customer leaves. Now if I had been there an extra 15-20 mins that may have been different but it wasn't like that.

This location cleans pretty well but the one on Seneca really does a great job because the car wash runs slower so your car has more time to get clean

Friendly. Just hate, HATE when you run the vehicles through car wash bumper to bumper. No room for any hesitation to get out of there. Please run cars thru with a minimum of one car space between. I asked them specifically to not put the next truck on my bumper. He said he would put space and no, still on my bumper!

I think this is a great place to get your car washed they get you through in a timely manner and do an excellent job I like the idea there are attendance on the outside before you go into the wash that rinse off the dirt and debris in certain areas of your vehicle

I have monthly membership, and it is well worth the cost. The staff are a great bunch of people. Great place to get your car or truck really clean.

No frills chain car wash. All wipe downs, vacuuming, windows washing, etc. Are by the owner. Car wash is several levels of pricing done by automatic brushes and sprays.

Another great experience at a Club Car Wash! The attendant was pleasant, the prewash was thorough and the was was good!

Outstanding! The OG. Prep is 💯, washes are elite, vacuums are powerful, towels provided. Can't ask for much more. Associates Will and Ethan were great as well. Explained memberships as good as one possibly could!!

Good carwash with tight parking lot. I have taken my cars through this wash a few times and have found both the wash and the vacuums to be perfectly satisfactory. My only complaint is the unusually hard sell to purchase a monthly membership and the tightness of the parking and vacuum area. This is not an issue in my car; it does take a bit more attention if driving a truck through. Again, the wash and vacuums are fine and I am currently using their services as they are superior to the car wash I previously used.

Great car wash. An edge better than others(all cloth)I think)). 4 star for my long truck and the turn radius. Others seem to have ample space, this one- not so much. Crew cab w a 6.5ft bed is more than maxed out.
